Crafted from super ripe fruit grown on the Naramata Bench, the gorgeous deep lemon yellow colour hints at the richness of this multi-faceted, aromatic blend.
The 2016 Vivant is our Rhone style blend of Viognier (50%), Roussanne (36%) and Chardonnay (15%). It was fermented in a combination of neutral French oak and cement eggs to create a complex textured wine. A kaleidoscope of peaches, grilled apricots, marmalade, manuka honey and orange oil notes, all over a full-bodied, rich, round, lingering palate structure. This wine showcases lush refinement with a pleasingly persistent finish. Simply delicious!
Delightful upon release, the 2016 Vivant may be cellared up to five years from vintage date.
