Previous vintages have been perennial gold medal winners, recipient of the Lieutenant-Governor’s award of excellence and wine writer Juliana Hayes&srquo; “Okanagan Wine of the Year”. We believe that the 2006 vintage is the best of our reserve-style wines yet. It is concentrated and powerful, while at the same time showing elegance and finesse. Complex aromas of hazelnut, oatmeal, fig, and white peaches intertwine. It is creamy and intense, with hints of toasted oak around a core of white peaches and oatmeal that build and build on the palate.
2006 Reserve Pinot Noir$32 per bottle

We have tried many benchmark Pinot Noirs over the past two years and our 2006 vintage would have no trouble sitting alongside the best of them. The vineyard was tuned to perfection in 2006, resulting in the best pinot fruit we have ever worked with. Pinot Noir is all about balance and complexity and we believe this wine over delivers in this department. The aroma exhibits the whole spectrum of red and dark fruits with superb French oak complexities in the background. The palate is weighty, rich and lingering. A superb example of this variety.
2005 Reserve$40 per bottle
Release date: August 2008
The 2004 Reserve is a traditional Bordeaux blend (69% Cabernet Sauvignon and 31% Merlot). Over half was aged for 20 months in new French oak barriques from the Tronçais forest. The best tight-grained French oak allows for gentle softening of the wine without over oaking, while at the same time adding further tannins and nuances to the wine. Simply put, this wine is huge and complex, seamlessly concentrated, the "crème de la crème" of our red wines. Due to extended barrel maturation, the wine is more than drinkable upon release, but its sheer concentration will reward careful cellaring for up to fifteen years (if you can wait that long!). We expect it to be at its best from 2010 to 2015.
