Our Sauvignon Blanc is made in the crisp dry style showing great elegance and minerality. A range of picking dates is used to capture the full spectrum of intense passionfruit, green bean, and freshly cut grass characters that make it the perfect wine for fresh seafood. This wine has already been proclaimed by consumers as better than the 2008 which won gold, double gold, and double platinum which is a big statement! A great example of the variety when grown in a cool climate.
