This is a rare bird in Canada. It shows medium red color while the aroma brims with pretty red fruits and just a hint of wild berries. Loads of red fruits are clearly defined on the palate with fine grained tannins, complimenting oak vanillins and just a hint of gunpowder flintiness for complexity. The savoury style of this wine and slightly higher acidity of this variety make it the perfect pairing with many foods.
