Ever wanted to know what goes into making Méthode Traditionnelle?
Learn the intricacies that go into making our gold medal winning Méthode Traditionnelle Aster. Vineyard Manager, Ryan McKibbon will discuss this years farming season and the vineyards where our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are grown. Then participate in a hands-on blending trial with Wine Maker, Ross Baker, to make your perfect blend of bubbles. Cap the afternoon off on our patio with a glass of our 2018 Aster paired with oysters and a selection of seafood from Shucked Oyster Co.
