We have made this “Unoaked” Chardonnay to showcase the grape’s versatility. The senses are greeted with a lovely nose of frangipani flowers, stone fruit, and flint with a hint of orange oil. The palate, rich with flavours of melon, brioche, thyme butter and slate. 

Pair with flash Seared Ahi Tuna Tataki or goats cheese and zucchini tart.
