We hand harvest our Sauvignon Blanc over 3 ripeness levels in order to capture the full spectrum of flavours - passionfruit, gooseberry and Meyer lemon wrapped in a subtle outline of fresh cut grass and green bean. We believe that wine enthusiasts will all agree that it is a gorgeous example of the varietal when grown well in a cool climate.
Our Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that is best enjoyed in its youth when it is showcasing the great characteristics of a vibrant acidity, citrus and green notes.
This vintage has been awarded Gold at Dan Berger International Competition in California 2017.
